Naturally, when the iPhone 5s, and the iPhone 5c were released, I was curious to see if the batteries were interchangeable. They are. So technically you can move the iPhone 5s battery to the 5c and get 3.3% more battery life. Not a huge deal… but hey…. science.
I tried swapping screens, but the LCD port on the screen is different for each phone. The digitizer IS the same size though. I had the white iPhone 5s digitizer plugged into the 5c, and the LCD for the 5c plugged in as well, and it worked for about 2 minutes then the digitizer lost connection… So I am not sure how well they will work for the long term (when swapped.)
(All the parts worked on their own phones again after that, I just couldn’t duplicate the 5s on the 5c digitizer working again.)
