Easy fix for your broken Galaxy S5 Charging Port Flap!

The waterproof Galaxy S5 is a fantastic waterproof and dust-proof device.  It is one of the most popular phones on the market.  Unfortunately the charging port cover is the Achilles Heel of this phone.  Fortunately for you though, you can fix the charge port flap for just five dollars and 5 minutes of your time.

Leaving your Galaxy S5 unprotected is like poking holes in your umbrella during a rainstorm.  Not smart.  5 Bucks, 5 minutes, and you’re as good as new.

Follow the video, steps are listed below:
1) Remove the back cover of your phone.
2) Locate small silver Philips head screw next to base of the phone by the charging port cover.
3) Remove screw.
4) Lift up small plastc door.
5) Try to leave the black tape intact. It helps maintain the waterproofing.
6) Lift out old charging port flap, (Or whats left of it anyway.)
7) Lower new charging port flap into place.
8) Place plastic screw hole piece over the reused black tape.
9) Screw the Philips head screw back into place.
10) You are done!

As always, let me know if you have any questions!

What do you think?  Are charging port flaps a good thing?  A necessary evil or a horrible design flaw?
